A space for you to be fully human and receive the support you consistently provide others.

You hold so much for others. You deserve the support too.
Many therapists carry an unspoken expectation that they should have it figured out and that their training should be enough to navigate their own struggles. And yet, being a therapist doesn't exempt you from anxiety, burnout, relational challenges, or your own history of trauma. If anything, this work has a way of continually bringing our own unresolved experiences to the surface.
How I Hold Therapy Differently With Therapist Clients:
I honor the wisdom and expertise you carry, while not expecting you to have it all figured out.
My intention is to create space for the full messiness of the process, where your knowledge and experience are respected, but you're never expected to perform competence or have the "right" insight in the moment. You're invited to simply be in it, alongside me.
This is a space that honors both the emotional impact of being a therapist and the whole person you are beyond the therapy room.
My Approach:
I work with therapists using NARM (the NeuroAffective Relational Model), a trauma-informed approach that gently explores what's happening for you in the present moment while honoring how your history has shaped you. It is both a top-down and bottom-up approach, allowing the healing of your sense of self and agency to occur alongside nervous system healing and the release of what your body has been carrying.
Together, we'll explore the places where you feel stuck, whether that's old wounds resurfacing, burnout, relational patterns, grief from the emotional weight of this work, or any other struggles you are facing.
We will connect to what matters most to you, helping you increase your capacities for the experiences you most long for.
This is a space that is just for you. A space to be met with care and curiosity, where you don’t have to hold anything for anyone else. A space where you can relax into your humanity and continue your healing and growth.
