Therapy for the Spiritually Connected

Home: Welcome

Therapy that honors your spiritual path.
Your beliefs and spiritual experiences are welcome here.

Home: Welcome

Whether you're navigating a dark night of the soul, processing a spiritual awakening, or simply wanting a therapist who won't raise an eyebrow when you mention your spirit guides, your ancestors, talking to Jesus, or your astrology and human design charts, this is that space.

Your spiritual world shapes how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. I believe those experiences deserve to be honored within therapy.

Your connection to spirit, to something greater than what can see with our eyes, is a proufound resource that supports your growth, healing, and experience of inner-peace.

What This Looks Like:

We'll use the therapeutic tools that support deep healing while making room for the language, frameworks, experiences, and knowing that feel most true to you. This can include:

  • The emotional impact of a spiritual awakening

  • Navigating a dark night of the soul

  • Learning to trust your intuition

  • Exploring relationships through the lens of your spiritual beliefs

  • Making space for guidance from spirit guides and ancestors

  • Using astrology and Human Design as part of your journey of self-understanding

  • Honoring your faith, prayer, meditation, and any other practices that support your wellness.

Your spirituality is a meaningful resource for healing, growth, and deeper connection with yourself. Whatever that looks like for you, it's welcome here.

“As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of really is, that each of us has something that no one else has – or ever will have – something inside that is unique to all time. It’s our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression.”
